All Liftenics products, including The Liftenics Foundation, are digital downloads (PDFs). You get your file straight after you buy, and a PDF can be saved, copied or screenshotted as soon as it's downloaded. Because of this, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
By completing your purchase, you agree to get your download immediately and you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel.
If something's wrong with your file
This doesn't affect your legal rights. If your download is faulty, won't open, or isn't what we described, message us and we'll fix it or send you a working copy. If we can't, you'll get a refund.
Didn't get your download?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, message us with your order number and we'll send it again.
